Returns & Exchanges

We gladly offer returns and exchanges strictly within 5 days of delivery. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within this 5-day window.

Returns and exchanges are only valid for products in their original, unused condition with all tags intact.
No return or exchange is allowed for customized or personalized products.

Strictly No Refunds

We do not issue refunds to the original payment method under any circumstances.

Credit Note Issued

Upon receiving your returned item, or if an exchange cannot be fulfilled immediately due to stock unavailability, a credit note will be issued. This credit note is valid for exactly 2 months from the date of issue.

Shipping Policy

Please allow standard processing times for your orders. In the event of an exchange, the shipping costs for sending the original item back to us are to be borne by the customer. However, we will cover the shipping cost of sending the exchanged item back to you.
